Yes, I ship Fine Art prints, books and postcards worldwide from Réunion Island. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Can my book be signed or dedicated?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I personally sign and dedicate books on request. The protective plastic sleeve is carefully opened during the signing, then the book is wrapped again with the same care before shipping. Mention your request when ordering or write to me via the Contact page.

Question 3

Which paper are the prints made on?

Accepted Answer

Colour prints are made on Hahnemühle or Epson paper, 310 gsm. Black & white prints use Hahnemühle or Ilford baryta paper, also 310 gsm. These museum-quality Fine Art papers ensure faithful colour and contrast rendering, with archival longevity exceeding a century.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?

A detailed order summary (items, prices, shipping address, total) is sent to you by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you need an official invoice (for professional use, for example), write to me via the Contact page with your order number (CRK-…), I'll prepare one for you promptly.

How will my order be packaged?

Accepted Answer

Prints are shipped flat or rolled in a rigid tube depending on size, in reinforced cardboard packaging. Books travel in a custom protective box. Postcards are placed in a protective sleeve. Every order is hand-prepared with care.

Can I add a personal note to my order?

Orders can't be personalised at checkout. If you're sending a gift, write to me via the Contact page right after your purchase with your order number and the note to include — I'll slip it into your parcel.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is calculated based on the destination and basket contents. For multiple prints, you only pay for one print's shipping, regardless of quantity. If your basket contains both a book and postcards, only the book's shipping applies. For a mixed basket (print + book or print + postcards), shipping costs are added together. Everything ships from Réunion Island via postal services, with no markup on the actual carrier rates.

I entered the wrong delivery address — what should I do?

If you have a customer account, you can edit your address from your personal area. If the order is already placed, write to me as quickly as possible via the Contact page with your order number (CRK-…) — as long as the parcel hasn't shipped, I can update the address.

Question 9

What are the delivery times?

Accepted Answer

Allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks between your order and delivery for a Fine Art print: each print is produced on demand to guarantee optimal quality. For a book or a set of postcards, allow 1 to 2 weeks. These times include preparation and shipping from Réunion Island.

Question 10

How can I track my parcel?

Accepted Answer

As soon as your parcel ships, you'll receive an email with the postal tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also find all tracking information in your customer area, under My Orders.

If a product in my order is temporarily out of stock, will my order be split into multiple shipments?

Accepted Answer

No, your order ships in a single delivery once all items are ready. The longest preparation time on the order applies. If a product turns out to be permanently unavailable, I'll offer you a refund or a replacement before shipping.

My order arrived incomplete — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

It's rare, but it can happen. Write to me via the Contact page with your order number (CRK-…) and a description of what's missing — I'll sort it out with you as quickly as possible.

Question 13

I'm not satisfied with the product I received — can I return it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Write to me via the Contact page explaining the situation. Initial shipping and return shipping costs remain at your expense. I refund the full product price as soon as I receive it back, provided it is in its original condition and unopened. You have 14 days after receipt to exercise this right of withdrawal.
